Ingredients:
2 cups 2% greek yogurt
1 large cucumber, finely chopped or grated
1-2 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp chopped dill weed
Steps:
Place grated/chopped cucumber onto a towel and squeeze out excess moisture
Mix yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic clove and dill weed in a medium bowl
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste
Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Enjoy with veggie sticks! (Carrots, cucumber, celery, bell peppers, jicama)
Tips:
Store for up to 5 days in air-tight container
Add jalapeno for heat!
