Banana-Oat Cookies

Ditch the packaged, store-bought cookies and make your own with this easy Wellory-approved recipe. These cookies are made with whole, unprocessed ingredients, contain no added sugar, and can be customized to your taste!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • ¼ cup oat or almond milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt


Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper

  3. Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork or potato masher

  4. Mix in milk, eggs and vanilla extract

  5. With a spoon, stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

  6. Spoon cookie batter onto baking sheet 2-3 inches apart (1 cookie = 1 heaping tablespoon of batter)

  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until cookie edges are golden brown


Tips:

  • Stir dark chocolate chunks, raisins, dried cherries, cranberries, coconut flakes or pumpkin seeds into your batter before baking

  • Store in fridge for up to 1 week
