INGREDIENTS: (MAKES 2 SERVINGS)
-1 cup rolled oats
-1/4 cup carrots, finely grated
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 teaspoons maple syrup
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
