Ingredients:
1 15oz can chickpeas
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili or curry powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Rinse and drain chickpeas, then dry in a towel
Add chickpeas to bowl and toss in oil and salt
Place chickpeas on baking pan and cook for 45-50 minutes, until crispy
Mix seasoning in small bowl and sprinkle onto chickpeas
Let cool for 5 minutes
Enjoy and store leftovers for up to 5 days
Tips:
Peel off chickpea skins before baking for maximum crisp!
Shake chickpeas 20 minutes into bake time for even cooking
