Crispy Chickpea Snack

A flavorful, protein-packed snack or topping for salads, soups or buddha bowls!

  • 1 15oz can chickpeas

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon chili or curry powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Rinse and drain chickpeas, then dry in a towel

  3. Add chickpeas to bowl and toss in oil and salt

  4. Place chickpeas on baking pan and cook for 45-50 minutes, until crispy

  5. Mix seasoning in small bowl and sprinkle onto chickpeas

  6. Let cool for 5 minutes

  7. Enjoy and store leftovers for up to 5 days


  • Peel off chickpea skins before baking for maximum crisp!

  • Shake chickpeas 20 minutes into bake time for even cooking
