Healthy Deviled Eggs

Made with greek yogurt instead of mayo, here's a healthy, creamy alternative to classic deviled eggs!

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • Ground black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/8 teaspoon chili or cayenne pepper


  1. Place eggs in large pot of water and bring to boil

  2. Reduce to light simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes

  3. Let eggs cool

  4. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise, and remove yolks

  5. Add yolks to small bowl and mash with fork

  6. Add greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and chili/cayenne pepper and mix until smooth

  7. Scoop mixture back into egg whites

  8. Top with sprinkle of smoked paprika & serve!


  • Add more Greek yogurt to mixture as needed

  • Mix into salad for a tasty protein addition
