
Made with greek yogurt instead of mayo, here's a healthy, creamy alternative to classic deviled eggs!

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon chili or cayenne pepper
Steps:
Place eggs in large pot of water and bring to boil
Reduce to light simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes
Let eggs cool
Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise, and remove yolks
Add yolks to small bowl and mash with fork
Add greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and chili/cayenne pepper and mix until smooth
Scoop mixture back into egg whites
Top with sprinkle of smoked paprika & serve!
Tips:
Add more Greek yogurt to mixture as needed
Mix into salad for a tasty protein addition
