Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup oat or almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 sliced banana
Blackberries (the more the merrier!)
1 tsp of almond or peanut butter
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of flaxseeds
Cinnamon
Steps:
Add milk and water to small pot and bring to light boil
Add oatmeal and reduce flame to a simmer, stirring
Cook 3-5 minutes, then add cinnamon, seeds and almond butter
Once oatmeal thickens, pour into bowl and topped with berries and banana
Enjoy!
